Returns Policy
No returns or exchanges after 3 days. All sales are final after 3 calendar days from placing your order. Players Club is a custom wheel and parts manufacturer, meaning every item we build is individual for each owner. Once an item is ordered, the raw materials are sourced to build your wheels or part. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges after 3 days.
Our goal is to provide excellent quality products and customer service. We 100% guarantee correct fitment for all of our items. In the event that a third party product is defective, we will honor the manufacturer's warranty for the item. We will help you resolve any concerns so that you can enjoy your custom wheels or part.

Shipping
We ship via UPS and use double box shipping methods to protect and ensure the quality of your product during the shipping process to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers.
Once your wheels are packaged and ready to ship, standard shipping and handling takes 3-5 business days via UPS, free within the continental USA. We also offer international shipping which is determined by destination.
We are not directly responsible if your package is damaged in transit to your location, but will be glad to assist with any realistic issues if you email us at email@playersclub.shop.
